Butch/Kosoburou
Butch appears very little. He's one of the higher ranked Rocket members (gets more favor with the boss, or Giovanni is just starved for agents) anyway, he's got Greenish hair and amber eyes (almost positive that's the color)He teams up with Cassidy/Yamamoto and wears a black uniform as opposed to the white ones that James and Jessie wear.
Butch's past and life are pretty much unknown (that's half the fun of Kokoshipping, you get to make stuff up =^.^=)Anyhow, the only pokemon I know about that he owns are a Drowzee and Ratacate and a Primeape.
