Kojiro/James Morgan
James, Blue haired Green eyed James. James comes from a rich family. A rich and CRAZY family if you want my opinion. James was engaged as a little boy to a girl named Jessiebelle who was ultimately the last straw before he ran away, joined a bike gang, and then joined team rocket where he is now.
James travels with his partners Jessie/Musashi and a talking Meowth (Mondo too, but he's not shown in america or even heard of). They are Giovanni's least favorite members. They wear white uniforms and work underpaid as feild agents and are always thwarted by Ash and Co (Satoshi and Co.).
James as far as I know has only a Wheezing and a Victrebell, of course I stopped watching before the end of it all, so I don't know of any others. James I think is also a bit elegant what with the roses and all and deserves more than he gets (just because I say so!).
James has several rivals including Butch, but all in all I feel almost sorry for James (I mean look at his family, why do you think he ran away?) He also tends to give control over to Jessie, and not to mention his frequent crossdressing (I think it's cute!=^.^=)
